Anuja recently helped us sell our home and buy a new one. With her expertise we were able to sell our house for 50k over asking and bought a new one for 105k less than asking. She was extremely confident, knowledgeable, patient and responsive throughout the process. When we first met her, she came with a Plan and statistics. With her guidance and resources, we were able to list the house within 2 weeks and it was sold within 1 week. She has an amazing team which takes care of staging, cleaning and after listing appointment handling etc. Once sold she didnt waste any time and started showing us the houses right away and because of her extensive negotiating skills and friendly nature she was able to get us our dream home with an unimaginable price. Where we were excited to put a no condition offer to secure the deal, Anuja put her foot down in getting an inspection done which helped us finding an important fault which seller agreed to get fixed before closing. This too saved us money on top of this prime deal. Overall we are highly satisfied and will make sure that any of ours and our family & friends future business goes to her only.
