We met Anthony in his Kelowna office just by luck. We were in Kelowna for 3 days and wanted to purchase a 2br condo near UBCO. Anthony was very helpful and managed to deliver in 3 days. Fast forward 2 months later, the property purchase has now been completed. Anthony's service goes beyond the norm. I would highly recommend Anthony.

Amir did an outstanding job helping us find a home that met and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of service provided. He is very friendly, helpful, and professional. He was always on top of everything and very responsive. We felt that he was honest with us during the whole process and did not try to push us in one direction or the other. I picked Amir to be my buying agent because not only is he patient, and kind-hearted, he also puts my best interest at heart. He encouraged me to look at as many properties as I could so that when the right one comes along, I will know that it's the right property for me. He is always quick to respond to my inquiries and questions, and always showed me any properties I requested to see. Because of my unstable and everchanging personal circumstances, my process of finding a property was probably a lot longer than most people, but he was always there for me when I needed him. I never felt pressured by him to write an offer even with the large number of properties he had shown to me. He always made sure that I knew that I don't have to put an offer in unless it ticks all the boxes for me. And finally, I did find the right property and he worked with me and the seller's agent to purchase the property at the best price I could get it for. But his services didn't stop at the closing date. He made sure that the house was ready for me to move into and had it professionally cleaned for me. He was also there for me on my moving day and assisted in taking care of Internet installations and furniture delivery as I went back to my old house with the movers (as I was moving alone). Not only that, he made sure everything else was in working order for me, even a week after I moved into the place. What really surprised me was coming back home one day and finding that he left me an outlet extender as if he had read my mind. I was just thinking to myself I needed to get one for my kitchen wall, and there it was waiting for me. I would highly recommend Amir to anyone who is looking to have a great team member in their court. He definitely was there for me every step of the way of my purchasing process and then some. I had worked with many realtors in the past and never really got this great of a service. Amir's advantage is that he truly cares for his clients and their needs.

Amir is a very professional individual and has many attributes. Anytime I’ve spoken to him directly, I have always felt heard and understood. His overall knowledge about the industry is top notch which helps with better informative decisions. It's a pleasure working with Amir given his vast knowledge and experience. He is very prompt in communication and responses. He knows his market and gives the best advice.
