Amir knew what was need to be done to sell our house and what wasn't, saving us time and money. He also was able to line up trades for some repairs on short notice. I wish I could use Amir for our next purchase but as we are moving out of Province that's not to be. That being said he did line us up with another excellent agent.

I found Amir Shahidi to be a Professional, Dedicated, Hard worker, Expreinced and more importantly Skilled negotiator Realtor. He took his time in the middle of winter to go out of city to the site and checked potential lots for purchase and conveyed the information to us live audio visually while we are from out of Province.
