We have dealt with Anne on the sale and purchase of our last three properties including a cottage and we were very, very satisfied with her effort, availability, communication, knowledge and professionalism at all times and I would highly recommend her to others. She is excellent and does a fantastic job. I would definitely call her again in the future if the need arises.

Anne is amazing. As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I had no idea how things worked, but Anne walked us through it. She got us answers to questions regarding the property or area if she didn't know the answer. It was always really quick - same day or next day. Anne also put up with my family on quite a few occasions which requires a lot of patience. Anne is really good at communicating with you through the whole process and even afterwards. She was respectful of us and my family and she let us explore the house in our own way (which is making jokes the entire time). She didn't say anything bad about the other agents and her only opinions about the house were based on specific finds inside or around the property. Anne definitely knows how to write an offer and it won't leave you stranded if something unsatisfactory comes up in the inspections (septic, home, etc.). She offered advice through the whole negotiation process, twice. She went over every part of the offers and counter-offers and explained each part to us. She also prepared us for any outcome - when we went to write the offers she had other houses for us to look at incase. The thing I liked most about Anne is that she is honest. She'll tell you what you're in for when it comes to any house because she's very thorough when she does a walkthrough in a house - what's good and what's wrong. She'll give you an honest opinion on repairs needed and what is not up to code from her knowledge. Anne sent me emails of properties that she thought we would be interested in so we could decide if we wanted to look at them. She texted me to make sure it was an good time to call me or to tell me to call when I could which was fantastic because of the kind of work I did. Anne tried her hardest to find us what we were looking for for the price we were looking for. We only looked at houses in our preferred price range. We looked at one house in our maximum approved price and it was one I suggested. Anne succeeded at finding us the perfect house in our price range which we didn't think was going to happen. We could not be happier with the house or the area. We would not hesitate to recommend Anne as an agent to anyone and neither would my family. You won't find a better agent than Anne.

Anne was very patient and accommodating during my selling and buying process. She has sold two homes for me and both sold close to my original asking price. Anne really knows her market and selling area. She has also sold me one home in the area I wanted to live in my price range. Anne is very professional and always available to answer any of my concerns. I am not the easiest client as I am very cautious and tend to take a long time to make a big decision. Anne was very respectful and helped me work through all my reservations. She gave me the confidence I need to make a huge investment.
