Anne was awesome! She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and communicative. Due to the pandemic, we had some unforeseen issues with the purchase of our house and Anne was a rock! Anything we needed, she went above and beyond to help us and we will be forever grateful. If she ever needs our help for any reason, we'll be ready and willing to do whatever we can. Anne Thomas was the best decision I ever made, she sold me my house when I moved to the Soo in 2013, and she sold my house within 24 hours in 2020. Not to mention she went over and above what I expected of her, but she knew my hands were tied being 6 hours away. Don't make the mistake I made, make Anne your first choice. Did I mention I got asking price. I put my house up for sale with Exit Realty back in 2015, sat on the market for months upon months, until I was forced to rent it out. My tenants (friends/former coworkers) weren't happy with his communication or efforts to help sell, so I cut ties with J.C. Market value was better at this point, and the best offer I got was $6500 less than what it sold for this time around.

Anne was amazing to work with. She was very patient with us as first time buyers and was integral to understanding the buying process. She gave excellent advice and was able to help us secure a great deal for our first home. She is very efficient and skilled in her work but also very kind and easy to be around.There is no way we would have found such a great home without her expertise. Anne was great with COVID precautions which made us feel safe in a time of chaos. She made the entire process go smoothly and eliminated a lot of the stress. We are very grateful to have met her and have her as our first realtor. If we sell the house it will be with Anne!
