Anita is amazing! She helped us sell our condo and buy a home we love on the East End of Guelph, and made the experience wonderful and seamless. I appreciated her straightforward talk about what we needed to do to sell, in a difficult market. She guided us on some simple but impactful changes to our condo, and in a market full of places sitting unsold, ours sold in a week! I felt confident and relaxed during a massive life change, and I cannot recommend her enough!
