Our house purchase was far from easy due to the seller’s personal situations, however Anique managed multiple issues and multiple realtors and we closed on time and smoothly.

Anique was a great realtor who quickly became a friend during the purchase of my first home. `We first met when I went to a viewing of a condo with my parents just to get our "feet wet" in the world of realty. Within the first 5 minutes we quickly realized Anique was the only realtor we wanted to work with as she was honest, out going and ambitious. In addition to her vast amount of knowledge, she had many connections that made the whole process even easier such as connecting with us a great mortgage broker. Anique was an effective listener as she navigated all of our wants and needs while trying to buy a condo at the height of the pandemic. It has now been a year since I purchased my condo and Anique is always the first person I think of when I hear of any friends or family looking for a realtor. I will definitely use her again in the future and although the process of purchasing a condo was stressful, I look back on it with a positive light because of her.

Anique was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She took us on a tour of a number of different properties showing us the neighbourhood and helping us understand how far our money could go. We also took advantage of her network of professionals to help with the purchase: from lawyer to surveyors and developers. Anique is an excellent real estate agent with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the GTA. She helped us find renters for our condo unit in Toronto - which was originally our primary residence - with excellent results. Not only was the unit on the market for only 3 days (which was great!), but even within this small widow of time, she was able to generate a small bidding war which resulted in a higher rent amount than our asking price. Also, we were able to secure triple A tenants who fell in love with the unit. At any given moment, we were able to reach her and discuss our rental situation. She responded to all of our messages and phone calls immediately and was a pleasure to work with. She provided us with staging assistance and helpful guidance in our preparation for our move. She made us feel as though we were her only clients, despite how busy she clearly was. Anique is very friendly and seems to know everyone in the business (maybe even everyone in Toronto!)
