We can’t thank Anique enough! We were very concerned about finding new tenants in 60 days when our renters put in notice leading up to Christmas. She moved quickly, got us organized, got our tenants in line for photos and set expectations for viewings- all while being so friendly, professional and fun to work with! She negotiated elements of our contract we didn’t consider to our benefit, got the top rate we were looking for and ensured a smooth transfer. After only 2 viewings we secured new tenants and they are lovely and ideal for our property. After using a previous agent for our rental who barely gave us any support and made us feel like last priority, I can’t recommend Anique more! Truly felt like family was taking care of us and had our back and best interests in mind.
