Anil is an organized, well disciplined professional that will go above and beyond for you. Above all he is a jolly good guy! When I first met up with Anil it was after a conversation in the early evening, where I asked if he could meet with me by any chance later the same evening - and he did. In this meeting my wife and I were so impressed with his preparation and presentation that it was somewhat unbelievable. His work ethic and politeness throughout our engagement was wonderful. You can’t go wrong with him!

Not only were we first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge on finding the right place on a tight budget, we also had to worry about an unprecedented housing market condition. Talking to Anil and discussing these topics, we knew that he was the one for us. He listened to all our needs and treated us like family. He patiently answered all our question, walked through the whole process, made excellent suggestions and above all he had our trust with his candour nature in giving us unfavourable message whenever he’d say - “I’m going to give to you straight…..”. Anil also has demonstrate other great qualities one would look in a realtor; organized, clear and frequent communication, respectful, punctual and easily accessible that really helps to take the pressure off the whole process.
