As a first time home buyer, I had no idea about the nitty-gritty of the process. So, started looking out for realtors but did not know what to look for. After meeting a few, Anil came in highly recommended by a friend whose opinion I respect, and did not disappoint at all. First thing Anil did was to sit down and explain the ins and outs of the process and put us at ease. He knew our requirements better than what we were able to comprehend. During the process later, he became more of a friend with our best interests in mind. His experience and advice helped us make the decision with more confidence.
