Anh was introduced to us through a trusted friend. Anh is competent and knowledgeable in her profession. She kept us motivated and had confidence that we would find our right home, and we did! She provided us with honest feedback on the homes we viewed. Anh cared about getting us a good home and was honest about houses that had issues, weren't meeting our criteria or that were overpriced. She was happy and patient in showing us many homes before we finally bought ours. We would work with Anh again and recommend her to friends and family. 

Working with Anh to purchase our first home was an absolute pleasure! We had a great experience with Anh for our purchase and sale. The purchase process was seamless and we had an offer in 3-days for above what we expected. For our purchase Anh was incredibly patient as it felt like we looked at 100 houses all around the city. She helped us define what we were really looking for and helped us pounce when the perfect house came on the market. Would definitely recommend!

We worked with Anh Ta for just over 3 months for our real estate (home) purchase. We were somewhat of a challenge for her - we live out of town, the Calgary real estate market is "very hot" & just seemed that every time a home looked promising for a deal closure - we lost - due to overbidding, my partner did not want to commit to signing the purchase offer or the home failed inspection (rotten roof!). Anh was always positive, encouraging. She was super supportive and quickly responded to phone calls, texts and emails. She assisted in any way she could - lots of virtual showings as well. Anh was objective in her home evaluation of each place we reviewed (highlighting the deficits and advantages). We were very satisfied with our interactions with Anh Ta! We would highly recommend her - because she cares; she is honest; she has a sense of humour (adorable laugh!) & is accommodating! She goes beyond the expectation of a realtor. She advocates diligently for her client. My favourite example I remember is when she said "we are not giving 1 dollar more for that place" - treating our offer like her very own money. Anh is very organized, a good listener, caring, patient, and has great interpersonal skills. During our search for my condominium she did find what I was looking for. The price was right, the location is suitable, and schools and shopping malls are easily accessible.

Due to timing, Anh was out of the country during the home purchase but she ensured her partner was available to help me, and she continued to be available via text for any questions that I may have during my home purchase, and that all required documents were signed on time.
