Angela was great. She was very patient with our search and was accommodating with the short notices we gave to view locations. Angela helped us purchase amour first dream home!

Our real estate agent, Angela Forgeron, went above and beyond in helping us find a home. We were searching in Truro, with a limited timeline, budget, and available inventory, but she was able to find us a home within our budget and an ideal location!! Her attention to detail, knowledge of what to look for when purchasing a home, and contacts to make it all happen in a timely matter, certainly made the experience less stressful. We highly recommend Angela…her positive energy and commitment to ensure we were taken care of is top notch!!

Angela was very professional. She responded quickly to emails and always made herself available. Angela travelled far and wide to show us homes. We appreciated her point of view and knowledge of the areas. Her ability to negotiate us a great deal was paramount in finalizing our purchase. Angela was wonderful in helping us buy our house. In a tough and competitive market with multiple offers being on many of the houses we looked at, Angela was patient and resilient through the process. From offering advice on submitting offers, to helping us in the final purchase paperwork, Angela was great and extremely helpful the whole way.

I found Angela to be a very pleasant, positive & personable real estate agent. She is tireless in finding what you are looking for & has a great knowledge of the market ( prices, trends, & real estate developments). She seems to have a photographic memory. I contacted her in spring regarding a house in Eastern Passage, but it needed too much work. In Nov I heard back from her regarding a new development in Eastern Passage, it was not even listed, & just what I was looking for. So I signed a sales agreement for a unit not even built yet. Later I mentioned to her, I had a triplex to sell. We did not list it because she knew someone she had met while camping who might be interested. She sold it for me without listing it on MLS & because she brought the buyer she only charged 2% commission! She is a dedicated, knowledgeable professional with attention to details in the best interests of her clients & I would highly recommend her services. Mary S.

Angela is not an agent I would recommend. She didn’t have me sign a Buyer agreement until after the sale so she cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation. She missed an opportunity for me to offload the house I bought through her, due to poor understanding of negotiations. After I took possession and realized I depended on Angela to check everything for me and ensure the house was sound as I was out of province and it wasn’t. The Seller was hiding defects and Angela didn’t have an eye for the value of the property. She missed so many details and misinformed me on the value of the home and also the area. I paid $300k over asking based on her advice and a mistake that will take me a lifetime to recover from. She lacks a great deal of experience with the art of negotiating and she is not about what is best for her client but how much commission she can make. She didn’t take accountability for the many mistakes she made and I was left on my own to figure it all out. She lacked communication in a timely manner which cost me big when I was trying to resell the home and as I mentioned above I lost a buyer because of her poor representation. I would never work with her again and I would not recommend her to anyone especially if you are out-of-province.
