Angela is not an agent I would recommend. She didn’t have me sign a Buyer agreement until after the sale so she cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation. She missed an opportunity for me to offload the house I bought through her, due to poor understanding of negotiations. After I took possession and realized I depended on Angela to check everything for me and ensure the house was sound as I was out of province and it wasn’t. The Seller was hiding defects and Angela didn’t have an eye for the value of the property. She missed so many details and misinformed me on the value of the home and also the area. I paid $300k over asking based on her advice and a mistake that will take me a lifetime to recover from. She lacks a great deal of experience with the art of negotiating and she is not about what is best for her client but how much commission she can make. She didn’t take accountability for the many mistakes she made and I was left on my own to figure it all out. She lacked communication in a timely manner which cost me big when I was trying to resell the home and as I mentioned above I lost a buyer because of her poor representation. I would never work with her again and I would not recommend her to anyone especially if you are out-of-province.

Angela was very helpful in helping me with my move from Ontario to Nova Scotia. She was very professional and courteous in helping me choose the right home.

Over all we had a good experience. She knew tbe neighbourhood but so did I, I was a bit unorthidox and at the end choose to do my own thing but together we managed to sell it as we were able to interest more peolle and she managed to negotiate a better deal using multiple deal strategies.

Angela is the best real estate agent with whom we've ever worked. She went above and beyond. She not only kept us up-to-date on all things related to our purchase, but she also helped us make the move from Ontario to Nova Scotia as smooth as possible. She was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I've recommended her in the past and will continue to do so.

Angela is an excellent agent. She went beyond expectations in helping with anything we needed including sources for de-cluttering. She is an excellent professional and a wonderful person. With her you never feel alone.
