He thoroughly sought out facts about our property which might influence our decision. Even after the transaction, he was helpful in every detail when we had questions for him. We really appreciate his help to dispose the stuff left by the owners when the seller's agent did not respond to our requests.</p> <p>In short, Andy is a competent and sensitive person, a good fellow easy to communicate with.
