Andy works around the clock. He’s a perfectionist, always seeking the best deal for his clients. With keen insights to the real estate market, Andy knows what to give and take at the right time. You won’t see him panic even under the most unfavourable situation. Bearing all the pressure on his own, Andy keeps calm to find ways to make his clients worry free. Andy is professional. He does not make a rush decision and always try to represent his client. He provides several great tips to the client, and his responses are very helpful. His professionalism will be beneficial to both sellers and buyers.

Andy was asked by his colleague to step in to help with our search for the right property in an area we didn’t know a lot about.  And what a pleasant surprise he was to us.  Andy was courteous, punctual (actually earlier than us on all viewings) and very knowledgeable in the area we were looking at, which we had limited knowledge about. He was very transparent and honest with us with his advice and negotiating strategy. He assessed the situation in our best interest and came up with something that worked in our favour eventually.  And when we discovered something in the minutes that merited further negotiation, he jumped right into it and got us a deal that was very satisfactory to us as buyer. Andy was hardworking, professional in his conducts and had no issues with us communicating with him around the clock.  He always responded within the hour, either via text or via emails.  Our deal was done during Covid, and Andy conducted the deal entirely via electronic means, saving us from unnecessary exposure to health risks and trips for physical signings.  And whatever we asked for, he would provide to us electronically with speed and in a well-organized file structure.  Everything was labelled clearly, correctly and the communication was succinct, to the point and focused. If you want a realtor who is professional, respectful and efficient with technology, and more importantly, has your best interest in mind, then go to Andy Hsu.  His client-centric approach should be the gold standards to all newcomers to this industry.  We had some not so pleasant memories with other realtors in the past and often left with a sour taste in the mouth and cast a shadow to the properties we bought.  If a few more realtors could rip a page from Andy, the realty industry could benefit greatly.
