Andrew recently represented me on the sale of my downtown Winnipeg condo while I was in the middle of a work relocation to Toronto. Andrew goes completely above and beyond to take the stress out of selling a home, which was a huge help to me given I was spending nearly all of my time in Toronto throughout the entire process. He’s prompt, professional and extremely responsive. I was impressed with how quickly Andrew gets everything done without losing focus on the details. He utilizes a great photographer/videographer, and his narration in the video compliments it very well. Not to mention the turnaround time is very fast. He does all of this with minimal disruption. During the negotiation phase, Andrew explained everything extremely well and made sure I understood any of the nuances before I made a decision on something. His advice was critical to me in negotiating and accepting the offer. Andrew doesn't disappear once an offer is signed either, he is with you to and through the closing process. Overall Andrew has been fantastic to work with. He operates with the utmost integrity while balancing the unique needs of his client. He represents exactly what I look for in a realtor and I would confidently recommend him to anyone.
