We recently bought our second home and decided to try a new agent from our last. At recommendation from a close and trusted friend, we met Andrew. I have not experienced a more outstanding man, let alone agent. Andrew has been incredibly attentive, kind and professional. I haven’t seen a level of professionalism in any field in years. Andrew has the most keen eye in this process and repeatedly demonstrates an impressive wealth of experience. As he took us through the process of discovering and fine tuning our wants in a new home, he also had immense patience and understanding. He searched countless homes with us and remained keenly invested. He walked us through prepping and selling our home. He has been such a genuinely human, gentleman, and realtor to get to know. It’ll be bittersweet to find our forever home because it’ll also be the day we aren’t in daily interactions with Andrew! Absolute gem.

Andrew Caronte was originally recommended to our daughter and her boyfriend to help them find their first home. After seeing how exceptional he was with them, we decided to use Andrew this past summer to sell our home. Andrew made the entire process incredibly easy and took extra steps that many realtors don’t like having professional photographs and video taken , and a lot more. Our listing looked amazing and we were blown away by his hard work and knowledge . Our home sold within 5 days with multiple offers . Andrew walked us through every step of the closing process and even after closing he followed up to make sure everything was ok. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience . He was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). He is a trustworthy , true professional and a genuinely nice guy that gets the job done . We highly recommend Andrew!

Andrew was exceptional on all counts. While my husband and I were still "shopping" for a realtor Andrew always made us feel like we were top priority, and his close dedication continued even after we decided to move forward working with him. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. We had never sold a property before and he walked us through everything including providing us with a very detailed itemized checklist of the exact documents we needed from the Condo Corporation. His photographer/videographer helped to make our property look that much better and as a result, we sold quickly and at a fair price.
