Andrea was awesome, she helped me find the perfect home in a really tight timeframe. She guided me through the entire process and eliminated a lot of the stress involved in buying my first home. I would definitely use Andrea again!

Andrea was always available when I needed to visit a new property that was listed. She was extremely helpful and very professional. Without Andrea, I never would have found MY perfect home!!!

As first time home buyers we could not ask for a better agent. She helped us find what we were looking for and made sure we got it for the best price possible. She kept in constant communcation with us during the process and have us advice the whole way through to make sure we dont have any regrets after the buy. I'd highly recommend her to any buyers in the city but I'd say every first time home buyers should go to her. Home buying can feel overwhelming, exciting, and at time scary. It meant the world to have an agent so patient attentive and knowledgeable. Will consult with her our next home buying/selling experiences.

<p><br /> Andrea is truly amazing. She is the most patient, understanding and determined agent we have had the pleasure of working with. Mike and I have been looking for almost 2 years with Andrea before finding our new home. We were fairly picky with what we wanted and what neighbourhood we wanted it in, needless to say it was a challenge to find the right home. Andrea stuck with us every step of the way, always looking for homes in our desired neighbourhood and price range. She never pushed and/or pressured us the entire time. I cannot emphasize enough how patient she was us, it was truly incredible. When we found "the" house she was "on it". As first time home owners she helped walk us through the process and made sure we were educated on the process itself. She fought for us in the negotiation process (don't let her sweet petite exterior fool you, she will fight for you, which is amazing) and then made sure we would be further covered financially by writing up additional addendums to cover work that was to be done by the seller. Thank goodness she did that because the seller chose not to complete the work he had signed off on, THANK YOU ANDREA. She was there during the home inspection with me taking notes and even took the initiative to find us some vendors for some minor home repairs. Andrea was there for us during the mortgage process, getting insurance and going to the real estate lawyer, she touched base with us every step of the way. She made us feel so comfortable and confident about making this choice and investing in a home.<br /> I cannot recommend Andrea highly enough, she is honestly the best, she is smart, caring and will stick with you every step of the way.
