Andrea is truly a top notch professional. She was super responsive every time we called and was always able to answer any questions and/or address concerns we had about a property. . Andrea listened to what we had to say, showed us properties in the areas we were interested in and always stuck to our budget, she was never pushy. I felt as though she had a strong knowledge of condo properties and was able to provide us the info we needed to feel comfortable in our decisions. I would definitely recommend Andrea to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She is friendly, professional and a true pleasure to work with.

I had the great opportunity of meeting Andrea McKen in 2016 & 2019. I was uncertain about selling at those times. Than in 2020, with my final decision to sell my condo, I contacted Andrea I want to express how I appreciated how I never got the feeling she lost doubt in me over selling my place. She never lost patience with me and I truly believe other realtors would had. Andrea was supportive both emotionally and business wise. She provided ideas of how to make my condo more sellable including market trends in my area. Andrea listens to a seller's ideas and tries to make the transaction of selling very comfortable. She will answer all of your questions regardless of what they are in timely fashion and with patience. My place sold in 10 days during Covid in January which was beyond my expectations. We were taken to around 25 places that we wanted to view & there was no pressure. The process was explained to us, so there were no surprises. Andrea did all the negotiations with the people selling the house and did her best to get what we asked for. She was also very respectful, by following the Covid rules to protect all parties. Andrea made herself accessible to us by phone or text, even after business hours. We were always made aware of what was going on with the offer. We now have our home and very happy with the process. We would definitely recommend Andrea McKen, for anyone out there needing a realtor. If we move again we definitely will be getting her.
