We had such an amazing experience working with Andra and Alli! Andra is incredibly personable and genuinely cares about helping you find the right home, not just any home. We were moving from Toronto, and she went above and beyond by driving us around Guelph to show us the different neighbourhoods, pointing out what we might love and what might not be the best fit. Her knowledge of the market, school districts, and local amenities is outstanding. She really knows Guelph inside and out. Alli was equally wonderful! Very warm, supportive, and patient. She joined us for many viewings and our inspection that was on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. She brought a wealth of local knowledge with great recommendations for trails and restaurants we might enjoy, and even suggested beautiful, affordable places to shop for furniture as we transition from a one-bedroom condo to a full house. Both Andra and Alli have an impressive understanding of Guelph’s homes and neighbourhoods, which made us feel so confident throughout the process. Our daughter arrived while we were still house hunting, and they were both incredibly accommodating and kind, always making things easy for us. What could have been a stressful experience turned into something genuinely enjoyable, and we’re so grateful for their patience, care, and expertise. You couldn’t be in better hands when making a decision as important as finding your home.

Andra was my agent for purchasing a property in Moorefield, Ontario when my son and I made the move from Northwestern Ontario for him to attend university in 2011 and then selling for me to move to Kitchener in 2014. She was fantastic to work with, she understood the distance involved after having lived in NWO herself, and even sacrificed her commission to make the deal go through after an unforeseen difficulty arose. Andra went above and beyond by helping me find a rental home when health issues forced me to move and she has kept in touch over the past 14 years. I didn't hesitate to recommend her when my son started looking for a condo to purchase this fall (2024) and she immediately agreed to help him even though he wasn't looking for properties in Guelph! We had a reunion during his final walkthrough which made our realty circle complete. Andra's professionalism, knowledge, and kindness are outstanding and the personal touch is never missing. We met Andra almost 2 years ago, our first meeting with her was so heartwarming like we've always known her. She is very personable, kindhearted and a delightful person to know. Andra helped us sell a home in 2023, we purchased from another agent during a very difficult time in our lives. She truly tried her very best to have us give it a chance but it was just time to part with it. Andra's guidance during the whole process is still unforgettable and truly appreciated. During the 2 month period of closing, Andra helped us maintain the property with lawn mowing and more. She saved us the trips from Mississauga to Guelph and the stress we were experiencing at that time. We remained in touch with Andra and when we were ready again to purchase she provided the best big sister support ever. Never pushy, always honest and very respectful in her approach. I cannot forget to mention her wonderful team, we got to meet a few of them Taniya, Alli and Kelly. Finally in October of 2024, through Andra we found our forever home in Guelph and feel so ready to start our journey and create beautiful memories. 2025 is going to be an awesome year!
