We had such an amazing experience working with Andra and Alli! Andra is incredibly personable and genuinely cares about helping you find the right home, not just any home. We were moving from Toronto, and she went above and beyond by driving us around Guelph to show us the different neighbourhoods, pointing out what we might love and what might not be the best fit. Her knowledge of the market, school districts, and local amenities is outstanding. She really knows Guelph inside and out. Alli was equally wonderful! Very warm, supportive, and patient. She joined us for many viewings and our inspection that was on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. She brought a wealth of local knowledge with great recommendations for trails and restaurants we might enjoy, and even suggested beautiful, affordable places to shop for furniture as we transition from a one-bedroom condo to a full house.
