I would give a 10-STAR Rating if there was the option! I was referred to Alma by a close friend when I expressed interest in selling my home. He 'promised' me it would be an amazing experience, and with such confidence that it got my attention. Within 24 hours I was meeting with Alma to go over all my options in the current market (which she was extremely knowledgeable on). Normally, buying/selling a home can be quite stressful but with the way Alma had laid out my options with game-plans, next steps, and future planning, the thought of any potential stress was immediately removed and in turn replaced with a POSITIVE outlook of endless opportunities. She made me feel comfortable in the VALUE of my home which was especially important to me; I had been told by others that I would have a tough time selling - Alma explained with a confident smile that it would only be tough if we wanted it to, which we didn't so it wouldn't - and boy was she right. This mentality put me at ease because I honestly felt that the process would be much more difficult but Alma made it SO simple. Market Assessment, Professional Photography, Industry Expertise & Advice, she took care of everything and walked me through each step to keep me INFORMED; I felt connected every step of the way which further increased the feeling of comfort and confidence that "I was in good hands." To sum up the experience I would say Alma treated the sale of my home as if she was selling her OWN home - that's the best way to describe it. She totally invested herself into it, ensuring my home was READY to go. She had multiple listings and working with many other clients but still committed her time and energy and made herself available every time I needed something - I don't know how she did it but keeping ALL clients happy at ALL times while managing ALL the listings to buy/sell, it's just absolutely amazing. As for my home, it was expertly marketed, perfectly priced - tons of traffic right from day one, consistent communication/feedback, AND sold UNDER TWO WEEKS for TOP DOLLAR!!! I could not express enough how overwhelmingly satisfied I was with the entire experience and there are not enough words to vocalize the appreciation to Alma for her market/industry expertise, "home psychology," insights, resourcefulness, positivity, and genuine desire to WANT to support her clients = TOTAL Package!! So my close friend was right when he recommended I get in touch with Alma, and now it's my turn to share the same advise he gave me - if you are looking to do anything regarding your home, current or future, you NEED to get in touch with Alma, and I promise you will have an amazing experience!

We were referred to Alma Hadzic by a family friend. We were looking for a realtor who was professional, hard working and knowledgeable. Alma has all of those traits in abundance. When we decided to sell our home, Alma had the paperwork organized the following day. She walked us through the selling process step by step. We had 15 showings the first day the property was on the market and 8 offers. Alma was always a step ahead and very organized. She explained all of the paperwork and provided us contacts to use for home inspection companies and real estate lawyers. We also used Alma to purchase our new home. Again, Alma was super organized and made us feel that we were her only client and priority. Both transactions of selling our home and purchasing a new one went very smoothly. Our purchase experience with Alma was great. Every question we had was answered promptly. The negotiations were smooth and fair. She sent us a list of home inspection companies to choose from and once the sale was confirmed she sent a list of important contacts such as Epcor, Atco etc. Overall it was a great experience and if we do it again we will do it Alma. We will absolutely recommend Alma to anyone in the market to buy or sell a house.
