Alma was a God send when I started looking for my new home she was very attentive in finding out what I was looking for and the house she picked out for our viewings were spot on so much that I chose the second house we looked at she was very patient with everything I was looking for and was with me step by step everything went smooth and even after the deal was done she continues to check on me to see how everything is going I'm happy to call her a friend and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell I know I wont use anyone else

Alma was extremely courteous and professional, helping us through the process of purchasing our second home. She responded to our questions effectively and humored our housing exploration. She dealt with listing agents/sellers very well and was able to respond on our behalf with surprising accuracy. By listening to our conversations and picking up on small details throughout showings she was able to surmise our exact thoughts and present that outward on our behalf.

I was looking for my dream house for about a year and an half. And my family is so glad to meet her. She organized schedule for us when we wanted to see nice houses. Absolutely she told us good things and bad things about houses so we could figure it out which house is better for us. (I met some realtors they didn't mention about bad things or they just said it's just easy to fix it haha) When we made offers, she did her best. Definitely, some realtor wanted to finish their jobs asap but at least, i didn't feel like that with her. So it's just like ... she is my friend who goes shopping with me.
