I can't give less than 5 stars for Alija. We've tried other agents but ended up sticking with Alija since she was the only one working for me (her client) first and had the patience to show me all sorts of listings. We were inexperienced so we were telling her we'd like to view all sorts of listings and Alija had the patience to show them to us and guide us in the right direction. Other agents said it was impossible to find a listing like we found at this price but she made it possible by giving us the hard truth that we'd have to compromise on the location in order to get what we wanted. I didn't know much about Edmonton but she assured us that the location is quite good and lots of people enjoy living here. I now see what she meant by it since this location has had one of the highest price increase recently. Alija really works for her clients and does not try to capitalize on their inexperience. She told us what we should do and look at us now, we are in the best financial situation we've ever been in due to Alija.

wonderful person to work with, gives you the best advice before you jump into a decision. Takes her time to go through all the details in simpler format which is easy to understand. very easy to connect with and i had no hesitation to ask any questions. No question is a stupid question with her. I had the best opportunity to work with Alma when I bought property and reconnected with her when I sold the property. Alma is the best person to work with.

Excellent agent, very professional. She starts out as an agent and quickly becomes a dear friend. I would absolutely use her again for my next purchase or sell.
