Our experience with Alma was fantastic! As first home buyers we didn’t know anything, but Alma helped us through everything! She was very supportive during the whole experience not stopping until we found our forever home. Every house we went to she would let us know every detail of the house no matter if it was good or bad, her honesty and knowledge was outstanding. We wouldn’t have picked anyone else to help us find our first home!

Agent didn't really take time to determine what we wanted. We were able to find alternatives that the agent didn't bring to us. We were new to the condo process in Edmonton and didn't get any guidance as to process and what to expect. Agent did not engage in negotiation. Only guidance provided when asked about fair value of the property was a long list of transactions with no indication of solid comparative properties. Agent failed to request right to walk through of property to check required repairs before closing. Had to call selling agents several times to get answers to our questions. Communication very poor and not timely. Agent left the country when deal firm and was not accessible when deal closing, and her apparent attempt to have someone from her office to be available was ineffective.

Working with Alija was such a great experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and kindness went above and beyond, highly recommend her!
