She met my mother prior to seeing the place while I was working and met my son and I later in the evening, as I worked. She was referred to me by another investor when I needed help finding a tenant but didn’t have the time to manage the process myself. I was really impressed with how quickly Alla understood my expectations and put together a clear, effective plan. She then worked efficiently throughout the process and produced results quickly. Alla did an excellent job narrowing down a large pool of applicants to two strong candidates. She then presented both options, and I was able to make a decision with confidence. Alla is a very down to earth realtor and she gives you the feeling from the beginning that she cares and will work hard to sell your property. She is hands on and not flashy feeling like some realtors and is super responsive through all times of day. She is honest and direct also.
