Alket is very customer focused, forthright and knows the business. In this market, I felt it was important to select an agent who seemed driven and eager to get your business. First impressions are important and I knew when I met him that he could be trusted to look out for your best interests. He knows how to market himself and walks the talk. Moving was not something I took lightly and the process felt daunting initially, but I knew I was in good hands and felt assured that the buying and selling would be seamless, which it was. I whole-heartedly recommend Alket.

Alket always goes above and beyond , he actually showed me the property I bought through a video call while I was away for work and he was able to bring the deal together. When you are selling Alket’s marketing skills are elite, the videos he comes up are exceptional. Great job Alket, it was a pleasure working with you!

I would not recommend this agent if you are looking for a full service agent that will be there when you need him most. I never write bad reviews but felt compelled to warn people about his lack of professionalism.</p>

Alket was brought in to help with a sudden estate sale of a property owned by the family. He advised us correctly that the timing in the market was the right time to list despite the fact we were facing a lot of work to make the property saleable. He advised us on the things we needed to do at a minimum to get the property ready for sale and to maximize the market conditions. He regularly checked on our progress over 6 weeks as we worked to ready and stage the house for sale. Based on his advice and fairly accurate estimates of potential vendors pricing we made decisions to help with the sale that did cost us money in hopes that it would improve our final price. When it came time to determine a listing price, we had felt a higher price given the market was in order, however, based on Alket's experience we agreed on a lower realistic price to attract more potential buyers. Thanks to Alket's experience in this very volatile market, we were able to sell the house within days and at a price considerably over our asking price. We had a number of offers and he and his office were helpful in guiding the family through this very intense and challenging process of working through so many offers in short period of time and facing a tight deadline. Given the stress of our family loss and having to deal with going through the home to get it ready for sale in a matter of a few weeks, it was of great value to have Alket's confidence and guiding hand to help us through and to see things through to a successful conclusion.

We began working with Alket in the summer and as out of town buyers he spent considerable time with us upfront over the phone and Facetime to learn about our current lifestyle and what we wanted out of our new house and neighbourhood. Going forward, he was very forthcoming with feedback about which locations would be best for us in town, even talking about what side of the street we should be on in certain areas and discussing differences in market conditions between our current and future locations. This really allowed us to move forward in a systematic way together and when new listings became available, he was quick to respond with feedback/thoughts on how they did or didn't fit our criteria. When the right house came onto the market, he organized showings with comparative listings on the same day and was honest about his own opinions on the properties which was much appreciated, he has a very good eye for detail and a solid background from perspective of inspections and what to look for. The offer process was easy and seamless with Alket and he was a master at communicating strategy with us, this resulted in a successful bid on the ideal home for our family and we couldn't be more happy. If you can tell by the detail above, we were really happy with the service provided along our journey and the result. As a couple we've worked with many realtors buying/selling in the past in different locations and Alket brought a true professional and business perspective to this sale. Alket is upfront and honest with his thoughts and feedback and encourages open dialogue so that he gets a real sense of what each buyer/couple needs, then carries through with his word. This was a great experience and we will definitely use Alket again.
