My agent Alket didn’t just go above and beyond — he practically launched into orbit. We hit an unexpected twist in the process, and he helped us pivot so smoothly you’d think we rehearsed it. Not once, but twice. And when it came to the final purchase, he somehow managed to outdo himself yet again. I’ve never met an agent who literally put on muddy boots and trekked through wild terrain with us. We walked every inch of the property — multiple times — including one visit that turned into a three‑hour hike. At one point I wasn’t sure if we were still viewing real estate or auditioning for a wilderness survival documentary. Through it all, he stayed patient, upbeat, and fully committed.
