Alket has been an absolute joy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the industry, understood perfectly what we wanted (more so than we did a lot of the time!), dedicated, and just plain fun to be around. He was able to get our house sold within a week and well above the price we were hoping for. Alket works non stop and always makes time to answer all of our endless questions. I could not recommend Alket enough, you will not be disappointed with his skills, abilities & professionalism.
