Alina exceeded all of my expectations (which are almost always unrealistically high). That includes both service and price expectations. And based on the price we received for our him, she had every reason to be confident. Initially, we thought Alina was recommending too high a price for our home. However, we decided to proceed after she provided a very convincing rationale for her recommended price. As it turns out, the price we received was significantly higher than the recommended price so, clearly, we were wise to listen to her.
