Alina exceeded all of my expectations (which are almost always unrealistically high). That includes both service and price expectations. From our very meeting, Alina's experience and knowledge of the market were apparent. So was her professionalism. It didn't matter what I threw at her, she was able to easily understand it and respond to it. Throughout the process, her demeanour remained calm and confident. And based on the price we received for our him, she had every reason to be confident. Initially, we thought Alina was recommending too high a price for our home. However, we decided to proceed after she provided a very convincing rationale for her recommended price. As it turns out, the price we received was significantly higher than the recommended price so, clearly, we were wise to listen to her. Should we ever have another home to sell in the Osoyoos/Oliver area, Alina is the only realtor we would consider. Having worked with her, it's easy to see why she has received so many awards.
