By the end of the 3rd day, we had put in an offer based on Alex’s sense of how to compete with 15 other offers and won the bid by a small but truly significant margin. We have been happy in our excellent home for the past 3 years. Alex was a complete pro and we couldn’t recommend him more highly than to say that his insight and impeccable service changed our lives.
