Alex was a joy to work with. Being a first time home buyer can be a very nerve -racking experience but he made the process so much easier. He was easy to communicate with and responded to us in a timely manner. He was very knowledgable about the properties we visited and always gave us good advice. He would give us pros and cons for each property so we could make an informed decision on whether to put an offer on a house. He was also very helpful in the negotiation process and gave us good suggestions but ultimately did not push us to do one thing or another and left the decision in our hands.
