We were very satisfied with the service we were provided by our sales rep Alex Wickham during our recent condo sale. We received great advice from him throughout the entire process. We fully appreciated the detailed explanation of the sales process and the engagement of his entire team as we moved forward. We also appreciated the continuous communication from beginning to end which kept us fully aware of what was going on at all times. We definitely recommend Alex Wickham for any real estate requirements.

Alex was very helpful with the buying process. I didn't feel like he was trying to force me to commit to any sale which I've heard quite a number of real estate agents do. I am pleased with how he listened when I had concerns and proposed solutions to make me feel more comfortable. He is genuinely interested in seeing his clients happy and even though we had a few debates regarding things I wasn't sure about or disagreed with, I always felt safe knowing that he really wanted to help me achieve my goal of ownership in a way that worked with my budget and needs. He also wasn't afraid to say "Let me look into that and get back to you", when something needed double checking. It's so rare to hear people admit they need to double check stuff in today's day and age, this made him 1000% more trust worthy to me. I'm glad that my friend introduced me to Alex and I got the chance to work with him to buy my first home. Btw, Alex is very knowledgeable about the Ottawa market having lived here all his life. He knew which neighbourhoods were right for me, so you can't go wrong using his services in the Ottawa area.

As a first time home buyer. Alex explained to us the process of buying our first home, put us in contact with a mortgage broker and lawyer. He advised us on market listings , comparibles and was honest whether or not we would be able to successfully bid. He gave us great advice , was patient even though we visited many properties. With Alex's help we successfully put in a winning bid and have purchased our first home.

As Newcomers to Canada, we struggled with finding the right agent and even though we had done our research regarding buying a first home, we were not prepared for what lay ahead. We found Alex through a poster we saw downtown during one of our evening walks around the neighborhood and after doing our research found that he had excellent reviews which was almost too good to believe and so we scheduled a Zoom meeting to "interview him". From the very first meeting, Alex answered all of our questions and helped us to really understand the buying process as well as the areas to look into. He is very knowledgeable about the Ottawa market and actually grew up here. He guided up towards the best neighborhoods to look into especially as we are new to Canada. I would say we were VERY luck to have met and worked with Alex and in less than 2 months we were able to close on our first home. We visited atleast 8 homes during the time we started searching and Alex was there at every house viewing, we did not have a car and Alex picked and dropped us off at every viewing. He was always on time, always willing to answer our questions, addressed all our concerns and provided detailed information at every step of the way. We did have alot of questions and he never complained, if anything he encouraged us to ask and was available to us 24/7. When we eventually submitted our first offer at a house we really loved, Alex was there guiding us and advising us on the negotiation tactics and he was able to get our offer accepted with all the tough competition in Ottawa. The road to our mortgage approval was another nightmare but Alex stepped in and recommended Josh Gray whose a brilliant mortgage broker to help with our "complicated" case. We had to extend our finance condition twice and Alex was able to speak to the buyer's agent both twice and get approval for us. It was a tough journey to getting our approval but in the end we have finally closed on our house purchase and are now moving into the new year (2022) as new HOMEOWNERS! We honestly can't imagine how we would have achieved this huge feat without Alex. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex, he went above and beyond for us, was very professional, always available, friendly, experienced, transparent and an excellent negotiator. You are in safe hands with Alex and he is a WICKEDLY GOOD AGENT! Alex was a great pleasure to work with and we would definitely be working with him for our next purchase in future.

From start to finish Alex was quick to answer questions, give updates, and relay messages from other agents. We had a tenant as well and he handled the communication with her which made our lives easier. Overall I would recommend Alex and the tulip team to anyone looking to sell their property. Our only minor complaint is that the company they used to put on the "Sale" sign did not choose the best location (We live on a corner). This was fixed quickly though.
