Both my husband and I felt we were in great hands. Alex was on top of our requests, questions, which she would response with in the same day. If she didn't have an answer right away, she still called us to let us know she would research it, and kept us in the loop. Alex truly listened to what we were looking for, and wanted to find us a house we would be happy in. What really impressed us, was how organized Alex is. All important emails we sent, and she would call ahead of time, just to let us know she was a phone call away for any questions. If she was out of the office for a day or two she kept us in the loop, and let us know if another agent was available for us during her absent. Our move was from another province, so was a bit of traveling for us to be present for the house hunting trip. Alex arranged all the houses we wanted to look at, and had a few she thought we would like to see. Alex paced our tour of houses, while keeping in mind, our energy level from traveling, and once in the houses would inspect them with us, pointing out items, good or bad. Thank you to, Alex Hripko, you made our move so much easier. We look forward to being able to refer you to friends, once we start making friends :) here.

Helpful and did not pressure to buy a property that did not seem like a good fit. Did a great job of pointing out flaws or perks in the property when viewing.
