Candidly, Alex didn't waste our time. We fall into overwhelm easily and we like to make decisions efficiently. Alex was intentional about the houses she showed us, so that with each house she learned exactly what we wanted. She didn't rush our purchase, never tried to sell us any one house, but rather, advised us on whether the house suited our needs. She wasn't afraid to help us say No to a house when she sensed it wasn't the perfect one for us. She helped us negotiate in a smart way so that we got our house on the first offer.
