How to make one of your most important financial decisions? Step 1: decide on real estate Step 2: find a realtor…Stop here and choose Alex! This about sums it up. We planned a complex move from Toronto to Ottawa with 2 kids, a dog and in a very limited time frame! The best decision (apart from picking our future home) was choosing Alex. From day 1, Alex guided us, planned out a marathon of homes (24 in 2 days!!) and spent the whole time managing our nerves and providing us with sound advice. Spending 2 full days with someone and being “on duty” for so many straight hours isn’t an easy feat. Piece of cake for Alex, who kept a smile throughout (even endured countless annoying dad jokes while redirecting the focus on key elements).
