I had originally used another agent to help me with my home search moving from the suburbs of Barrhaven to the town of Carleton Place. Unfortunately, this relationship did not pan out. That's where Alex came in. Alex approached my search with the upmost professionalism. Guided me through my months long search of properties, and sale of my town house. Alex was a great help with market awareness, and strategic pricing, to be able to get both deals done in a timely manner. Alex was also able to manage my expectations, (which is sometimes hard to do). Managing me was probably his biggest challenge, if I am being honest. Alex did this with such a smooth handling, honesty, and understanding. I can't thank Alex enough for his help and will be using him for all of my real-estate transactions moving forward. I have no doubt Alex is an up and coming star to be watched.

Alex was exceptional. He was very accessible when we had questions and was quick to respond. He walked us through the whole process of buying a home for the first time and was able to recommend a mortgage broker and lawyer who were also able to help us with the sale. He was extremely personable and I'm only sorry that we found a house so quickly, because he was great to work with.
