I met Alex Fung probably a year ago. He asked me if I was considering selling at the time, we weren't, and he left the business card, and we talked, chatted for probably 20 minutes. He had left a very good impression with me, and I've had a lot of realtors come to my door, but I've always kind of shied away. Alex was different. He had a lot of very good experiences. Experience in our neighborhood. We used Alex, and we put it on the market. He basically said we'd probably sell within two to three weeks, and we sold within about two and a half weeks. We had a good indication of what we were going to get, and we met every aspect of that. The showings went off perfectly. The listing was incredible, the photos, the aerial views, the drone footage, everything came off amazing. Couldn't been happier. He's walked us through this whole thing from top to bottom, and I couldn't be happier. It's been a great experience. He knows this neighborhood very, very well, and we made a very good choice in taking Alex phone.

"My husband and I are very pleased with the service Alex provided. He helped us purchasing a condo in a short period of time. Despite the very hot days, he was happy to show my husband as many condos as my husband requested. I was home (not in Toronto) busy packing while my husband was looking for a condo in Toronto.
