I had the absolute pleasure of working with Adrian, and he truly went above and beyond as a full-service agent. He handled every step of the process with efficiency and care, arranging junk removal, clean-up, repairs, staging, listing, and even the after-sale details. It was such a relief to know everything was being taken care of. What really set him apart was his availability and dedication. He was there for me 24/7, always quick to respond, and even while overseas, he adjusted to time zone differences to stay fully engaged. That level of commitment is rare, and it really meant a lot during what could have been a stressful time. Selling in a buyer’s market is never easy, but I always felt confident with him leading the way. His professional judgment, fair pricing strategies, and strong negotiation skills kept me reassured throughout. At the same time, I never felt pressured, his communication was clear, detailed, and supportive, which made the entire experience much less stressful. On top of his professionalism, Adrian has a genuine ability to build rapport with other agents and buyers, which helped smooth out the process and create positive momentum toward the sale. If you’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and truly invested in your success, I can’t recommend Adrian enough. He combined expertise with genuine care, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Adrian assisted me with buying my first home. From the first point of contact to the day we closed, he was nothing but professional, competent and friendly. He always made himself available for questions or concerns, regardless of time or what day it was. It was very common for us to chatting after dinner just letting me know about upcoming properties, what price range makes sense for me, what i can expect for my budget, etc. Since it was my first time going through this, i had a million questions, often times the same ones to get clarified and he never had a problem answering them. Made sure i knew from day one what the process would like. How fast or slow some parts of it was. Making sure i had my money in order before seriously considering offers. How tight the timeframe is after an offer is submitted, when to make sure i'm free or have access to my phone, etc. Every step of the way he made sure i knew what i needed to do or how long i would have to wait. At no time did i feel i needed to change agents or felt my needs weren't being heard. He also did an excellent job at balancing my desires and communicating with my parents regarding their concerns. While it is my money and ultimately my purchase, it was very important to me that my parents ultimately liked the home i bought. Adrian made sure he was prepared to answer or address any problems but at the same time made sure that i knew he was on my side and in situations where my parents & i disagreed, he'd ultimately support whatever choice i made. I will say i probably spent a bit more than what i initially wanted to but that's just the way the market was and ultimately i got something nicer because i paid a bit more than expected. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Adrian and would absolutely recommend him for any future transactions.
