Addy was brilliant, he helped us find our forever home, and we're very greatful. We had thought we needed to look north of Danforth because of our budget... he helped us find the right home south of Danforth! Addy guided us tp negotiate with great savvy, and we got our house for under listing price! Addy also helped us have realistic expectations for what we'd need to dealing with after purchasing, and put us in contact with professionals to help complete the purchase (home inspection, mortgage broker). His professionalism, and character, were exemplary. His knowledge, and patience, were brilliant. And, years later, we are still very happy that Addy was our agent, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy their house.
