After enlisting in his services, I was pleasantly surprised when Addy exceeded all my expectations! Over a 30 day period, Addy and I thoroughly visited over 20 properties as he provided very constructive input throughout the process. As a first time buyer, he gave me a lot of great advice, which resulted in a very informed purchase. The best part was when I had told Addy I was ready to make an offer on a condo I really liked. He replies "hold on to that thought", and I find out the next day that he had negotiated $14000 off my original offer. I don't know of any agent who would spend an extra day negotiating a lower price than what I was already offering to pay! If I could give him 6-stars, I would! Highly recommended!
