Professional, knowledgeable, and works extremely hard for YOU! I chose Addy to help me buy my first condo because my friends kept raving about how great he is. After enlisting in his services, I was pleasantly surprised when Addy exceeded all my expectations! Over a 30 day period, Addy and I thoroughly visited over 20 properties as he provided very constructive input throughout the process. As a first time buyer, he gave me a lot of great advice, which resulted in a very informed purchase. The best part was when I had told Addy I was ready to make an offer on a condo I really liked. He replies "hold on to that thought", and I find out the next day that he had negotiated $14000 off my original offer. I don't know of any agent who would spend an extra day negotiating a lower price than what I was already offering to pay! If I could give him 6-stars, I would! Highly recommended!

Addy was brilliant, he helped us find our forever home, and we're very greatful. We had thought we needed to look north of Danforth because of our budget... he helped us find the right home south of Danforth! Addy guided us tp negotiate with great savvy, and we got our house for under listing price! Addy also helped us have realistic expectations for what we'd need to dealing with after purchasing, and put us in contact with professionals to help complete the purchase (home inspection, mortgage broker). His professionalism, and character, were exemplary. His knowledge, and patience, were brilliant. And, years later, we are still very happy that Addy was our agent, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy their house.
