Adam Benke was referred to us by a neighbour. He came to the house to meet us and talk about what our expectations were and vice versa. Even though Adam lives in the city and us in the country, he does his homework to see what is happening in the market in the geographics that we resided in. He listened to what we were expecting from our sale. We then discussed to where we were relocating to. Adam would share listings that fell in the perimeters that we gave him. He drove hours to meet us for viewings of potential new homes. When we had viewings he was quick to follow up with the realtor to see how things went. When we did receive an offer he was quick to communicate with us - offer, conditions and negotiate to get the best deal for us. We had a rental property we tried to sell a few times with no luck. However, when we listed with Adam he impressed us with his motivation and went above and beyond to get our place noticed. We were living in a different province at the time and Adam made all of the arrangements to show the property.
