The team made the selling experience a simple process and had many helpful tips how to get the most out of our home. We also purchased with the help of Adam and found the experience to be very fast and easy. Adam clearly was looking out for us and helped us get into our new family home.

We've used the DiLoreto Team to buy or sell properties 4 times, and they are phenomenal. Adam's skilled negotiating and marketing strategy on the sale of our first home ensured we got over our asking price after spending only 5 days on the market--despite plenty of neighbourhood sales competition. (Out of curiosity, we interviewed a broker from another large Guelph real estate firm as we prepared to sell that house. She visited the home and said she recommended listing the property for $100k LESS than the list price Adam used!) Adam advised us on the purchase of rental properties when we were ready to invest, and his advice on the best options for our circumstances have proven to be fantastic investments. Adam is kind, responsive, hardworking, and professional, but what really distinguishes him from other real estate agents in Guelph is his ability to deliver results.

Adam and his team recently sold a condo for us. I found him to be very friendly, professional, responsive and gave excellent advice throughout the process.
