I am very happy to share my experience with Abu. This is 3rd time, we have worked with him and he knows his clients expectations and can work on that. He can negotiate with sellers agent to get the right price. He always helps to get the mortgage and property inspection. If you are buying investment property, he can guide you in every steps, how to get the right property for investment so that you don’t have to go cash negative every month and he can help to get right tenant as well if required. He always cares about long-term relationship with his client, so you will get support always. I always recommend him to my friends and families. If you have worked with other realtors, I would recommend to work with Abu once to understand the difference.

I am so excited to write this one for Abu. Right from spending hours of time patiently answering my queries, to being upfront about the goods and bads - I was at the safest hands possible. With Abu being on my side, I never felt like a new investor - his insights were so detailed and analytical. Not only did he present me with affordable options, but he also cautioned me against ill-practices. What really stands out is his intention to think in the interest of his client ahead of anything else. He never rushes you in getting into a deal, rather cautions you against making any hasty decisions, no matter how profitable the deal is for him. Abu really cares for his client's interests, and he believes in making long terms relationship rather than making easy money with one time deals. Oh, and did I mention how much effort he puts on his clients? He drove me to properties that were far off from his place showing me back to back properties throughout the days, tirelessly. I really don't think these few words do justice to what Abu has done for me. I am never going to think about another realtor in my life again other than Abu!
