After having a horrible experience last year trying to sell with another realtor, Sam came to the rescue with advice and some help. We listed with her this year, and best decision! Amazing quality photos, answered any questions or concerns we had, super friendly, and knows her stuff! She went above and beyond multiply times! Samantha did a great job for my family during the sale of our house and purchase of a new one. For the sale of our house, the pictures were awesome and she helped us price the house well. It sold quickly at a price we were very happy with. On the buying side, she helped us negotiate a good price on the house and her recommended home inspector found water damage in the basement for us. We brought in a foundation expert who diagnosed the problem and Samantha helped us renegotiate the transaction. We are very happy with how she handled everything!

She is warm, kind, thoughtful and very easy to work with. Most importantly, she knows her onions! Perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. It was like working with a great friend.
