Samantha did a great job for my family during the sale of our house and purchase of a new one. For the sale of our house, the pictures were awesome and she helped us price the house well. It sold quickly at a price we were very happy with. On the buying side, she helped us negotiate a good price on the house and her recommended home inspector found water damage in the basement for us. We brought in a foundation expert who diagnosed the problem and Samantha helped us renegotiate the transaction. We are very happy with how she handled everything!

We set out to look for a new home and to sell our current home. After looking around by ourselves, we were quickly getting very overwhelmed with having to sell a home, purchase a new home, align the sale and purchase to work for us. A friend introduced us to Samantha - what a godsend. She's very knowledgeable and had great resources that we could access. It was easy to connect with her warm, authentic nature. She worked with us, offering us her frank feedback and solid support, yet giving us space to weigh options. With her help and guidance, our home sold in record time. We posted on a Friday night, did showings on Saturday and Sunday, accepted a great offer in Sunday night. Sam expertly handled the sale and helped with the purchase as well. She is warm, kind, thoughtful and very easy to work with. Most importantly, she knows her onions! Perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. It was like working with a great friend. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Samantha. We were first-time home sellers with very little to no knowledge about selling a house. She was authentic, open and honest.
