This was my first experience buying a home and cannot describe in words how thankful I am to have met Samantha. She was patient and quick to respond to my questions, requests and ever so changing needs. She most certainly helped ease my own pressures with finding the right home and navigating several unknowns. Overall Samantha is easy going, friendly, knowledgeable and made the house hunting process absolutely fun and memorable! Highly recommend her and cannot thank her enough.

Sam was very knowledgable about different neighbourhoods we were considering moving into. She was super patient with us when we weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for and she took the time to highlight the pros and cons of each property. We really appreciated her honesty and that she truly cared about finding the right home for us. We will definitely be going back to Samantha when we decide to move again!

Her patient, reassuring presence was exactly what we needed amid the stress of house hunting. With her help, we were able to buy and sell our house within a week!
