We were looking to sell our old house and buy a new one at the same time. Upon interviewing 3 real estate agents prior, Samantha’s kind and approachable demeanour stood out amongst the 3. Our first meeting with her confirmed that she was the right person for the job as there was an instantaneous comfort in speaking with her. Samantha has been extremely caring since the beginning and is genuinely invested in helping you find the right home. She was always available and responsive when we had questions, ensuring everything was going smoothly. We were always kept in the loop throughout the selling and buying process as she communicated updates with us in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. Her patient, reassuring presence was exactly what we needed amid the stress of house hunting. With her help, we were able to buy and sell our house within a week! Overall, we are very pleased with our experience and couldn’t recommend her as your realtor enough! Samantha, you are the best!

Sam is a very professional individual. The sale of my home was a matrimonial home that had to be put on the market. She was very aware and sensitive to our needs, incredibly informative, kept me us updated on what was going on with the sale of the house, always checked up on us to see how we are doing during the whole process. She gave the best advice on when the best time to place our home on the market and how to present the home. She also worked with us to ensure we got the best offer and walked away very happy. Sam was extremely on top on everything from the beginning until of end of the sale. Our house was sold in a week. I would highly recommend using her services to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
