As a first-time buyer, Brenda was extremely helpful, communicative, honest, and genuine – not only professionally, but personally. I never once felt unsupported, or left with questions unanswered. This is the second time in one year that Brenda has helped us to sell family properties. Her real estate knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. She made the experience of selling less stressful and much easier than expected. She did her homework, came prepared and carefully explained the current market trends of the area and made educated suggestions for the asking price. You can obviously tell how good she is at what age does because both homes sold in 3 days from when the house went on the market. She also just helped my son get into the real estate market buying his first condo. I would definitely recommend her real estate services. 5 stars all the way
