From the first meeting with Brenda we were very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and preparedness. She understood our situation – we were under relatively tight timelines to prepare our condo for sale and she set us on a clear plan of action. Within about two weeks of meeting her we had our condo on the market and sold within 24 hours for a price we were delighted with. Brenda was very friendly, positive and detailed throughout the process. If you need help to navigate the market and sell your property, we can’t recommend her highly enough.

I had a great experience with Brenda. She was extremely knowledgeable about both the neighbourhoods we were interested in and the quickly changing real estate market and trends. She was prompt to reply to all messages in a friendly and professional manner. She was also able to build a rapport with the other agent in order to negotiate and get us the best price on our home. She never hesitated to contact other agents when we had questions. She listened to any concerns or feedback we had about the properties we looked at and was always available to schedule a visit that worked with our busy life.
