He was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable and supported us through the sale of our old house and purchase of our forever home. He was well versed in the market and knew when to list and sold our house in a weekend for well over list price. He provided a comprehensive service and was supportive throughout the entire process. Patrick was flexible throughout our purchase as well. From setting-up and attending builder meetings across the greater Edmonton area, to sending us curated listings, where we eventually found our perfect home. He advocated for us with the builder of our new property when we had some unexpected plumbing issues come up after the sale. Despite his obligation to us as our realtor being finished after the purchase, he ensured all issues were resolved to make sure we were satisfied in our purchase.
