His advice was thoughtful and practical, and he even connected us with any reliable contacts we needed like an amazingly helpful mortgage broker which was also his wife so it made the process that much easier having them work together, as well as multiple different inspection companies, and lawyer firms for us to pick from. He helped work around my spouse’s work schedule and didn’t make us feel pressured with any decision we made. We had limited time to get a counter offer in on the home we purchased and he went an above and beyond to get the paperwork done for us to get it in on time. It really felt like he had our best interests at heart. Highly recommend!
