We were just looking when we met Lisa Davies. Lisa is very open to questions , about the area we were looking in , proximity to our needs , transit and shopping availability close by. Every time we contacted her with any queries , she returned our request very promptly .She was patient and understanding , acting very quickly when we were ready to proceed. Throughout the entire experience we were confident in her abilities to deliver the outcome we hoped for . She made us feel at ease , with her honesty and genuine interest in our quest . Lisa is a pleasure to work with.

Lisa is a very accomplished and astute realtor. We enlisted her help in august 2022 through to the sale of our property in May, 2023. Lisa did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of the strata and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. Lisa delivery of the information was prompty and straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She made it happen incredibly fast and we got the property in less than 2 weeks– Lisa looks out for you and have your best interests in mind.
