We met Lisa Davies during a short trip to Vancouver Island where we were checking out a condo that had been on the market for about a year in Sooke Point Ocean Cottage Resort. From the minute we met Lise, we knew we were dealing with not just an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable realtor; but one who truly had our best interests at heart. Lisa had informed us there was already a strong offer on the property we were interested in. We walked away from the first showing a little sad because we had instantly fallen in love with the unit; only to find out it was no longer available. Two days after we returned to our home in the U.S., we received a call from Lisa at 8 pm on a Friday...the offer had fallen through and did we want to put one in? Here it was a Friday night, and Lisa was hard at work for clients she had just met. Since that night, Lisa has been with us every step of the way. Answering questions, providing contacts and valuable information for a couple of wanna-be Cannucks. She has ensured that the buying process goes as smoothly as possible. Lisa kept us update the entire time and shared our excitement with her video snippets of the property and breathtaking views. She is genuine, competent, kind and professional all at the same time. Thanks to Lisa, we are now just days away from receiving the keys to the property we fell in love with. She was instrumental in making this dream come true!

Meeting Lisa and interacting with her when purchasing our first home was an amazing experience.
